For the third consecutive year, Masters of Branding (MoB) held its annual member meeting on the second Saturday of January. Get Graphic had the honor of hosting this year’s prestigious event.
Despite challenges posed by a rare southern-tracking snowstorm that blanketed the region the day before the meeting, 10 members attended in person, including international representatives from Hungary and Japan. Several additional members joined virtually due to flight cancellations.
This year’s meeting was proudly sponsored by Arlon Graphics. Eight of the in-person attendees completed an exclusive, members-only Arlon certification test in the three days leading up to the meeting. This groundbreaking initiative resulted in a remarkable 100% pass rate and set a new benchmark for the Arlon training program with the highest average score in its history—just shy of 96%. Member Stephen Short also achieved the highest individual score ever recorded, an impressive 99.3%.
As this years host for the meeting which is now in its third year, Get Graphic joins the ranks of esteemed previous hosts, including WrapArtist in Nashville, TN, and Miller Decals in Atlanta, GA.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors provided updates on the year’s accomplishments and ongoing projects. Members discussed goals for the upcoming year and reaffirmed the Board of Directors. Russell Voigt was also recognized with an award for his tireless effort as a member, director, and now the groups president, and a key contributor since the groups inception in the early 2010’s. Finally, the group announced that next year’s meeting will be hosted at Digital EFX in Louisville, KY.
Get Graphic was proud to host this landmark event, which raised the bar for future events, and for the first time included a sponsor, with a certification opportunity for members. It was a true honor to extend our hospitality to the talented and dedicated members of the Masters of Branding as well as the Arlon staff.
